Vasco Barbosa is the new WFM Director of Teleperformance Portugal!
With more than 20 years of experience in our sector, Vasco's operational, technical, commercial and management background will reinforce our problem-solving capabilities, strategic vision, and ability to manage large support teams.
In this role, Vasco will be leading the significant transformation we expect for WFM in 2022, with the main purpose of standardizing, improving consistency and making WFM easier to work with. The implementation of Nice WFM will be key for us to achieve this strategy.
