Teleperformance Portugal has virtually inaugurated TP Cloud Campus – the new efficient and effective model to deliver exceptional digital services with remote, socially connected teams around the globe.
From hiring, training and managing a remote workforce to ensuring memorable interactions to the clients, with the same levels of consistency, productivity, quality and security as office-based teams. Yet, despite of the virtual nature of the work, TP guarantees the learning, the coaching, the teamwork, the daily challenges and the career progression.
Our company, Teleperformance Portugal, was the pioneer of this model, having launched it for the first clients in September 2019. With the current situation, this innovation has become more urgent than ever and the inauguration of this new business model could not have been presented at a better time.
The inauguration included the opening of Daniel Julien, Chairman and CEO of Group Teleperformance; an introduction to TP Cloud Campus by João Cardoso, CEO of Teleperformance Portugal and Chief R&D Office of Group Teleperformance; the presentation of case studies and, also, a virtual live tour to the TP Cloud Campus. An important milestone to the Teleperformance company.
