Great news are coming!
Following the E-Sat results and focus groups feedback, and since employee retention and engagement are our top priorities, we are making a new improvement regarding Teleperformance health insurance.
From next year, all TP Portugal employees will have access to the TP health insurance policy from day 1 at the company!
Teleperformance made this decision considering that private healthcare in Portugal is an essential benefit for everyone as typically offers shorter waiting times, better facilities, wider choice, and fewer language barriers for our fellow colleagues that do not speak Portuguese.
Overall, we are benefiting more than 2500 employees, offering them a private healthcare plan from 1st of January 2020 onwards.
For those who will access this benefit, it does not need to do anything. A letter will be sent with the health insurance card and all the information.
