The measures which Teleperformance Portugal have taken for all employees safety have received the “Covid Clean” recertification by the EIC/VERYCER in all buildings.
Our company was the first in the sector to obtain this certificate that verifies Teleperformance´s best practices in combating and preventing the Covid-19 virus.

What is the COVID Clean certification?
The COVID Clean certification, develop by EIC in Portugal and Verycer in Spain, is based on risk assessment and use of good practices, in which the goal is to comply with the measures and recommendations of the DGS (Portuguese Public Health Department), WHO (World Health Organization) and ACT (Authority for Working Conditions). It intends to assess and minimize the risks according to the best rules of good practice, protect employees and users, and demonstrate the organization's commitment to winning the pandemic.
