Teleperformance Portugal has been increasingly automating its processes, creating robots for the most diverse functionalities.
The robotic automation’s impact is broader, bringing different advantages to the business, like quality, accuracy, improved experience and productivity.
From May to June, we have increased from 1400 to 1696 robots actively working in 26 projects and 10 different clients.
The automation is going to increase further and faster in the company, as we still have more programs in the pipeline.
