Teleperformance Portugal participated in the ECCCSA ceremony and took home three awards in the silver category!
The European Contact Center and Customer Service Virtual Awards took place on Tuesday, March 16, with the participation of more than 2000 people. The ECCCSA experience was 100% online due to the pandemic but it ensured all conditions, ensuring that all participants were able to interact with each other and their teams.
TP Portugal was awarded in the silver category of the Best Contact Center Support Team, Best new Contact Center awards with the TP Cloud Campus project and also in the Pan European Contact Center category together with the Group.
And because together we are stronger, the Teleperformance group ended up collecting 11 awards, becoming the most awarded company in the 2020 edition.
