Teleperformance Portugal won Diversity award, on the topic “Organizational Culture”, in an initiative promoted by the Portuguese Association for Diversity and Inclusion (APPDI).
This is a prestigious distinction that rewards organizations that carry out practices framed in policies and strategies to promote diversity and equal opportunities at work, regardless of cultural, ethnic, and social origin, sexual orientation, gender, age, personal style, religion, physical or other characteristics, as described in the Portuguese Charter for Diversity.
We are very proud of this award and this distinction, because at TP Portugal diversity and inclusion starts within.
