Teleperformance Group earned for the 8th consecutive time the full enterprise-wide social responsibility standard certification from Verego, with exceptional scores across all evaluation criteria in comprehensive independent Corporate Social Responsibility audit. Teleperformance scored above requirements in all five categories: leadership, ethics, people, community and environment.
In addition, industry benchmarking indicates that Teleperformance is an industry leader among certified organizations, particularly in the areas of leadership, ethics and people. Different sites worldwide were audited, and in Portugal, City Center was the chosen one. We would like to thank everyone and all teams for making this possible.
What is a Verego Certification?
It is a certification that provides a comprehensive framework to ensure the effective management of corporate responsibility initiatives. It is awarded to companies that excel in terms of policies and practices in five key areas: leadership, ethics, people, community and environment. Teleperformance once again surpassed the requirements in all five categories within the corporate-level assessment.
